Shipping & Returns

1. Countries
Lubar.it is currently open in Italy, and we can deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands), Estonia, Finland (excluding the Åland Islands), France (excluding Overseas Departments, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Corsica), Germany (excluding Helgoland Island and the Büsingen territory), Greece (excluding Mount Athos), Hungary, Ireland, Italy (excluding Livigno, Campione d’Italia, and the Italian waters of Lake Lugano), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Sweden, United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands), United States.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and Poste Restante.

You will be asked to specify the destination country at checkout. Countries not included in the list are not served by our e-commerce service.

2. Shipping Times and Costs
Standard Shipping Italy: delivery in 5-6 working days. Express Shipping Italy: delivery within 24/48 working hours. Standard Shipping Europe: delivery in 6-7 working days. Express Shipping Europe: delivery within 24/48 working hours.

For custom handmade products, production and shipping times are specified in the product details and may be subject to extended timelines.

Please note that delivery times include only working days, excluding holidays.

Shipping costs will be calculated precisely at the checkout.

3. Shipment Tracking and Delivery
Once we have processed your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number that will allow you to follow the order until delivery.

For any tracking-related issues, customer service at costumercare@lubar.it will do its best to update you on your order status as quickly as possible.

Please note that the courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and will attempt delivery, leaving a notice if necessary. If the courier is unable to deliver your order, the products will be returned to the Lubar.it warehouse.

When the item is delivered, kindly check the package status before signing the delivery confirmation.

4. Returns
If you wish to return or replace an item, please send an email to costumercare@lubar.it with your request. The merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Items returned with signs of wear or delivered to our returns department outside the 14-day window will be reshipped to the original address. All sales are considered final, including the sale of discounted items.

Please note that Lùbar is not responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective, and the defect is recognized by Lùbar. To verify the defect, photographs clearly showing the defect must be sent. If the packaging (cartons, cans, boxes) incurs minor dents during transport, this will not be considered a reason for return and refund, as the food product is not affected by such possible contusions during package transport.

It takes 14 days to process the return and issue the refund. Ensure that your name/order number is included in the package and include any available paper documents.

Please remember that there is no refund for handmade and custom-made products unless they have obvious defects.
