Wheat flour type 00, Sicilian candied citrus peels (Orange zest 33%, Lemon zest 33%, Mandarin zest 33%) 2%, Butter 20%, Egg yolk (free-range), Fresh eggs A 6%, Sugar, Honey, Natural yeast, Skimmed milk, Cocoa butter, Madagascar vanilla beans, Flavors.
Glaze: Mix of candied orange puree and zest, and candied mandarin zest crumble. Produced in a workshop where soy, sesame, nuts, and lupin are used. Artisanally made without emulsifiers or preservatives.
