Wheat flour type 00, Sicilian pistachio paste 20%, Butter 20%, Egg yolk (free range cat. A) 6%, Sugar, Honey, Natural yeast, Skimmed milk, Cocoa butter, Madagascar vanilla pods salt. External icing: White chocolate and Sicilian pistachios.
Externally treated with alcohol and flavourings.
Produced in a laboratory where soya, sesame, nuts and lupine are used.
Produced entirely without Emulsifiers and Preservatives.
