Norma Sauce
Lùnica, Cherry tomatoes sauce
Lùd’oliva, Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh Basil
Salt
Fried aubergines
Salted Ricotta cheese (a parte)
Perfect paired with our paccheri.
Chef’s Advice
Pour the sauce into a pan and heat it, add oil, basil and a pinch of salt.
Place the pasta in boiling water, drain the pasta after 4 minutes of cooking.
Add the pasta to the sauce in the already hot pan and mix gently until it blends.
Serve and add the grated salted ricotta.

Chef Advice
Pour the pesto into a bowl
Place the pasta in boiling water, drain the pasta after 4 minutes of cooking.
Add the pasta to the pesto in the bowl and mix without using the heat.
Serve the pasta and add a treat of the flaked almonds on top.
