• Over the years, Antica Dolceria Bonajuto of Modica has become synonymous of “chocolate” and ambassador of Sicilian gastronomic culture in the world: a story and a vision that has its own uniqueness also by virtue of the place where Bonajuto has rooted its entrepreneurial and human history.
    He has been making his chocolate in Modica since 1880. Little has changed since the ancient process of cold cocoa processing used from Mesoamerican differences to spread across Europe through the Spanish “conquistadores”.
