Ingredients:
Wheat flour type 00, sultanas, candied orange and citron peel 20%, butter 20%, egg yolk (free range class A) 6%, sugar, honey, natural yeast, skimmed milk, cocoa butter, Madagascar vanilla pods, salt, flavourings.
Glazed on the outside with egg white, sugar, almonds and granulated sugar.
Produced in a laboratory where soya, sesame, nuts and lupin are used.
Produced entirely without Emulsifiers and Preservatives.
