Milan, Piazza Duca D’Aosta 1Opening Hours: from 7am to 9pm 7 days a week
In order to offer a break to those who go, those who come and those who wait, in 2015 LùBar accepts the invitation by Grandi Stazioni (the Railway Station Corporate Holding) to position a kiosk on the set-aside Mezzanine Terrace of Milan’s Central Station, under the vaults of a massive architectural structure. The Menu suggests Sicilian Arancini, fresh ricotta Cannoli, Cafeteria, Breakfast or Wine and Beer for Aperitivo.
An Arancino is a rice cone stuffed with mixed ingredients, which is coated with breadcrumbs and then deep-fried.
The LùBar Arancino is genuine and authentic, as it is imported from Sicily and fried on the spot.
The Menu draws the attention both of those who love tradition and those who believe in culinary re-interpretations, thanks to an array of choice that declines classic recipes: from the Ragù Arancino to the Norma one (aubergines and salted ricotta cheese), up until Sicilian Brontë pistachios with prawns or a Light version.
